Clarification on hosted Project URL access for judges

Hi!
For the hosted Project URL requirement, do judges expect the full production workflow to be accessible without login?

Would a no-login sandbox demo with preloaded sample data be acceptable for judging, while production integrations that involve user data, OAuth, or write actions remain behind authentication?

The sandbox would still demonstrate the core agent workflow end to end.

I’m facing a similar issue. My project depends on a third-party observability trial for some live functionality, and I’m worried the service may expire during the judging window even if the project is fully functional at submission time. Would a no-login sandbox/demo mode with preloaded sample data be acceptable for judging, as long as it demonstrates the core end-to-end workflow and the full live workflow is shown clearly in the demo video?

    Hi there,
A no-login sandbox demo with preloaded sample data is perfectly fine here so judges can test the core workflow.

Do not worry about exposing production OAuth or private data workflows. Stick exactly to the submission requirements, ensure your video clearly captures the agent in action, and you will be completely set for evaluation.
