Does the AI limitation apply to development tools used to write code, or only to AI services integrated into the final project?

    To clarify the rules regarding the Limitation on Artificial Intelligence Usage (Section 7B):

    The AI restriction applies strictly to the architecture, runtime, and tools integrated into your final submitted project. The core engine and "brain" of your agent must be powered exclusively by Gemini and Google Cloud Agent Builder (or permitted Partner AI features).

    Because all other artificial intelligence tools are explicitly not permitted, competitive AI tools—including Claude—cannot be used in any capacity for your project or its development workflow.

    To ensure full compliance and avoid any risk of disqualification during code review, please ensure your environment and repository are free of competitor dependencies. For your development needs, Google's AntiGravity suite is fully permitted.
